Returns and Refunds

We want you to love your Lithehaus kit. If you change your mind, you can return it for a refund.

Your right to cancel

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you want to cancel, and a further 14 days to send the item back. This is your right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

How to start a return

Email hazzy0009@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back. We will reply with the return address and next steps.

Condition of returns

Please return the kit complete (bar sections, bands and foot loops) and in the condition you received it. We may reduce your refund if the item has been used beyond what is needed to check it.

Return postage

You pay return postage on change-of-mind returns. Please use a tracked service, as the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, we cover the return postage.

Refunds

We refund you to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return (or proof that you have posted it, whichever comes first), including the standard delivery charge you paid on the original order.

Faulty or damaged items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have 30 days from delivery to reject a faulty item for a full refund. Email us with photos and your order number and we will put it right.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
