Products

We sell home pilates and fitness equipment. We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can, but colours can appear slightly different on different screens. Please follow the included instructions and exercise within your own fitness level. If you have a medical condition, injury or are pregnant, speak to a health professional before starting a new exercise routine.

Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Any delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order through our secure checkout; we do not see or store your card details. We may correct pricing errors and cancel and fully refund any order affected by one.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm your order has been sent. We may cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or we suspect fraud; if we do, we will refund you in full.

Delivery and returns

Delivery usually takes 5 to 8 working days; full details are in our Shipping policy. You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it; full details are in our Refund policy.
